Join us Sat., April 30th from 6pm-9pm for one energetic experience. Missy will guide the 75 min Slow Flow Yoga (*Not a Beginner Class). Once Shavasana has ended, make your nest and get ready for the rest of the journey as Jesse & Chuck guide the Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation.
